Walk To School Day 2017! 


Walk to School Day in the USA began in 1997 as a one-day event
 aimed at building awareness for the need for walkable communities.

LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 
IS PARTICIPATING IN WALK TO SCHOOL DAY ON 
MARCH 23, 2018

Join children and adults around the world to celebrate the 
benefits of walking and bicycling.


ABOUT OUR EVENT:

Drop students off at the Charger Field parking lot to walk to school with volunteers from UT Extension, Health Council, Coordinated School Health, Healthier Humphreys, Health Dept. and County Officials. Canceled if raining. 

TIME: 7:15a.m. - 7:25a.m.
DATE: Friday, March 23rd 
PLACE: Charger Field
